The use of the Website i.e. www.akbarforex.com, services and tools are supervised by the following terms and conditions (these terms and conditions shall be referred to as "Terms of Use" hereinafter) as applicable to the Website including the applicable policies which are incorporated herein by way of reference. If You transact on the Website, You shall be subject to the policies that are applicable to the Website for such transaction. By mere use of the Website, You shall be contracting with Akbar Travels of India Pvt Ltd  and these terms and conditions including the policies constitute Your binding obligations, with akbarforex.com. For the purpose of these Terms of Use, wherever the context so requires "You" or "User" shall mean any natural or legal person who has agreed to become a purchaser or seller on the Website by providing information and Data on the Website as required for using the computer systems. AkbarForex allows the User to browse the Website but does not allow the user to make purchases or sell without providing the information as required from a natural or legal person for transactions qua Foreign Exchange products on the Website or otherwise. The term "We", "Us", "Our" shall mean Akbar Travels of India Pvt Ltd for all intents and purposes, unless repugnant to the context.

When You use any of the services provided by us through the Website, You will be subject to the rules, guidelines, policies, terms, and conditions applicable to such service, and they shall be deemed to be incorporated into these Terms of Use and shall be considered as part and parcel of these Terms of Use. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use, at any time without any prior written notice to You. It is Your responsibility to review these Terms of Use periodically for updates / changes. Your continued use of the Website following the posting of changes will mean that You accept and agree to the revisions or updates as the case may be. As long as You comply with these Terms of Use, We grant You a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use the Website.

BASIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• As a user of foreign exchange services you agree and confirm being aware of all regulatory norms. (If you need any information regulations, please write to [email protected].  akbarforex.com will not be responsible for any transaction executed through us by forge or unprofessed information. User will be solely responsible for such action and liable to regulatory actions
• All orders need to be completely complied with regulatory guidelines; any deviation from the same will be the sole responsibility of the user. (If you need any information on guidelines please write to us at [email protected]
  
• All order values will be rounded off to the nearest currency unit.
• Deliveries only to the area covered by foreign exchange locations of Akbar Travels of India Pvt Ltd., for location assistance call our helpline.
• Rates are subjected to major fluctuation.
• User understands and agrees that all other foreign currency travel card related terms and condition as displayed on the card issuing banks website will be applicable.
• The source of funds for making the purchases on this site belong to me and the foreign exchange shall not be used for prohibited purposes.
• The orders placed are not designed for the purpose of any contravention or evasion of the provisions of the FEMA 1999 Act or of any Rule, Regulation, Notification, Direction or Order made there under.
• The Customer agrees and undertakes to provide such information /documents as will reasonably satisfy us about the transaction in terms of the RBI Limits for Foreign Exchange Purchases or sales. The customer shall be responsible and liable for any incorrect information provided by him.
• The foreign exchange purchased from this site should be used within 60 days of purchase. In case it is not possible to use the foreign exchange within the period of 60 days, same should be surrendered to an authorized person.
• Free door step delivery will only be available for order value greater than USD 200 or equivalent and within city limit of 15 kms from the branch.
• Kindly note Customer Service Call back, Chat and any communication will be made only during business hours from Mondays to Saturday between 10am to 6pm.
• Currency notes are subject to availability.
• We do not accept coins for encashment.
• Encashment of currency notes will only happen after verification by branch for the condition/validity of notes, transaction can be denied if branch does not find the currency apropriate for encashment.No home delivery service applicable for the encashment. This facility is available only in city branches after booking the details in the website.
• The exchange rates are not applicable for Airport outlets.

PAYMENT GATEWAY CHARGES:

• This fee is also known as 'Merchant Service fee', and is applicable for all transactions where customer wants to pay online. Currently this fee is 2.10 %, and is subjected to change as decided by respective service provider.
• Minimum Order value is 200 units equivalent to 200 USD conversion.
